Apni Hi Gaadi
APNI HI GAADI translates into your very own car!
UBER India had run a campaign saying “Isse apni hi gaadi samjho” which translates into “Think of this as your own car.” This campaign was to convey the message that their services are comfortable and reliable- just as much as one’s own car.
This assignment is one where we had to create a print advertisement for a brand of our choice-UBER, targeting the Indian audience and sentiment. In these print advertisements, the scenario chosen is the wedding season in India, and the shortage of transport which is a challenge every wedding season.

Isse apna hi saathi samjho - Think of this as your own companion. Uber is here to be your faithful friend in times of dire need, be it fitting in luggage or multiple airport and railway station pick ups and drops. Or anything else that you may need.

Isse apni hi chachu ki gaadi samjho - Think of this as your chachu’s (paternal uncle) car. Your chachu (father’s younger brother) is usually your trusted companion, friend and sidekick through the beautiful madness and chaos of Indian weddings. Chachu and his car are basically unstoppable. But in some far fetched scenario where there may be an obstacle

Isse apni hi ghodi samjho - Think of this as your own mare. In Indian weddings the groom mounts a mare to ride to the venue of the wedding. But if one can’t find a horse, no problem, UBER to the rescue.
